Quotes

Lately I'm realizing that Macey is getting so old. It used to be so easy to do a quote of the day because she would say so many funny things. Now, she's getting old and just talks way too old. The questions she asks, oh my, and because does not work for an answer, I now get, "because why?" I am worried I am not going to be able to answers the interesting questions she will be coming up with in the next few years. But I have compiled these quotes from the past week, they're just ones that popped into my head right now.



(Macey handing me the grocery receipt) "Here's an email for you Mom"

(while we're doing a puzzle together one afternoon) "Mom, you're a great best friend"

(while watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse)
Macey -"Why doesn't Mickey live in a house like ours?
Me- "Well........because he likes to play with his friends so his is more like a playhouse."
Macey- "No Mom, his is called a Clubhouse"
Me- "Oh, you're right"


(while watching tv before Jason came home from work)
Macey -"Sometimes I'm sssssselllllllFFFFish"
Me- "Why?"
Macey- "Because I don't let Daddy have a turn with the TV"


(she is really working hard at getting her S's, L's, and F's pronounced right lately) :)
