Kelsey completed her first year of gymnastics with a recital last night.

They each individually performed a floor and beam routine.

She did great!

Kite Flyin'

Three little girls and a kite.

Life is good living in swimsuits...

Once in awhile we let this little girl go without a nap, especially when she says, "I don't want to nap, I just want to play with my sisters all day."  But then this usually happens around dinnertime...

Typical Mace....

Typical Kels....

It was time to pick up sand toys, but Taylie had to run into go to the bathroom.  When she came out and saw that everything was picked up, she was MAD.  She likes to pick up :)

"Mom, watch!   Mom, WATCH!"  We watch them doing monkey bars a lot :)

Look who got home from school!

Random Bits

Here are a few random pictures from my small cheap camera that is always in my purse.
Kelsey was ecstatic when I got this picture for her from the nest in our backyard.
We had to run inside to print it so she could bring it to school the next day.

Jason was nominated by a senior National Honors Society student
as her most influential teacher of her k-12 experience.
Afterwards, we all enjoyed some cake and punch
with some friends that were also there.

We've made it to a few of Jason's home baseball games.

Kelsey and Taylie could live at the park.

The 1st and 2nd graders put on a music program, "Get up and Grow"
See Mace on the top right?

Weekend

Friday afternoon while I was downstairs organizing shoes, I heard a not so pleasant sound of water about to gush.  Seconds later, I saw water pouring/spraying from a pipe.  I was able to catch most of it in an old garbage can before running to turn off the washer.

Jason spent most of Saturday fixing the issue (tree root in the pipe 60 ft from our house).

I am thankful for running water again.  One day was enough without it.

The girls and I bebopped around on Saturday, garage saling, picking up Wendy's for a picnic at a park, and a trip to Menards and Meijer.

Today was beautiful out so our Sunday School lesson focused on God's Creations.

Kelsey and I got her flower garden ready for flowers....went to the greenhouse and she picked flowers that are pink and attract butterflies :)

She found a few pet worms in the dirt today and gave them baths.

Macey is fighting allergies.

We took a walk to the lake to see some swans.

The girls ate popsicles outside.

Everyone will be going to bed FULLY clean.

Taylie insists that her  sisters don't have school tomorrow.

Jason and I just got done with our Insanity workout (recovery week!)

Now our homemade pizza is ready so time to eat!
