New Toy

Us girls went camping to Pokagon State Park with Jason's mom, sister, and Merek while Jason and his dad worked on our yard. Along with working hard on the yard, pulling out stumps, overgrown bushes, etc., they decided to surprise the girls with a new toy. When Macey and Kelsey heard about the surprise while camping, they were dying to come home to check it out! I think they like it :) Thanks Grandpa and Daddy!

Way to go Mace!

Macey has finished her first year of ballet and I couldn't be more proud of her. About a month ago she was a girl that was in tears for parent observation night, but tonight went up on stage and performed like a star! She has been talking about the recital for quite some time and didn't want anyone to come watch since she doesn't like people to watch her dance. But something changed in the last few days and she was actually excited about going. I don't think she could even believe it herself that she did so well. The second I saw her walk out on stage, she had me in tears....

My pictures didn't turn out from the rehearsal (the only time we could take pictures) so here are few from after the recital tonight back at home.
