Fall fun at the Fruit Farm!

Our playgroup had an outing at Nottawa Fruit Farm on Wednesday. Brenda even came along too! We had fun on a hayride, playing games, picking out a pumpkin, crawling through hay tunnels (Brenda too), and feeding animals. Afterwards, it was back home for grilled cheese and tomato soup :)

3 Months

When she's happy...she's really happy.

When she's mad...she's really mad.

But overall, she's a much happier baby and it makes us all quite happy :)

She's STILL trying to find that thumb....

and STILL likes to be held by her mom...

but it's just fine by me.

At three months old here's what's up with Taylie:

Weight: almost 11 lbs?

Nurses every 2-3 hours during the day

Bedtime: Around 8pm

Wakes around 3 or 4 am

Feeds then sleeps until 7 or 8 am.

HATES tummy time, absolutely hates it

Still taking meds for acid reflux

Loves when people talk to her

Sleeps in her bedroom in an inclined sleeper IN her crib :)

Naps in a swing during the day in her room

Very light sleeper

Wears size 1 diapers, 3 or 3-6 month size clothes

Prefers to stand while being burped

Just started a new temper tantrum

that includes her arching her back when

she doesn't want to do something.

THE pink outfit

On March 6, 2010, Kelsey unwrapped a present in front of family and friends to reveal the gender of our soon to be child. Inside the box was a pink outfit for our baby girl to someday wear.

Today, our Taylie Mae wore that outfit.

Back in March, I couldn't picture the face that would be in that outfit.

And today, I couldn't picture any other adorable face.

Taylie Mae, you fit so perfectly in our lives
and we couldn't love you anymore.

Kelsey's ear piercing video

Kelsey has been wanting her ears pierced so today was the day. It sure didn't phase her much and she hasn't been touching them yet so hopefully they don't get infected! I think they fit her well :)

FAiRy PrInCeSS DaY!

Annabelle's grandma was so kind enough to include Kelsey in on their "Fairy Princess Day" this past Wednesday. She dressed up like their Fairy Grandmother and took them out and about! First they went to the salon to get an updo and their nails done. They then ate "princess food" (pink shakes and fries) at the local restaurant and got LOTS of attention. And the last stop was the library to pick out princess books. The girls loved it all! Kelsey still talks about it and lays out her special tutu at night and says, "My fairy godmother told me tomorrow is fairy princess day again so I will leave my tutu RIGHT here."
