Macey started preschool on Monday and is loving it. She goes to the Title 1 Preschool at Colon Elementary, Monday-Thursday. It's nice because they provide free transportation to and from so I don't have to pack up the other two kisa twice a day. She gets picked up at our driveway at 11:45 and gets dropped off at 3:45, which means no more naps for Mace. She has been quite concerned about this because she loves her sleep. After four days in, she's doing okay, but is definitely tired when she gets home. She always wants to nap when she gets home, so she does a resting time with a movie, then it's supper, bath and bed for her. She talks quite a bit about school, but I hear more about what the kids wear, eat, or look like versus what "she" did at school. I wish I could follow her all day and see what she's like. I think she is more talkative than what I imagined she'd ever be. She's growing up...that's for sure.

2 Month Check-up
Taylie went yesterday for her 2 month check-up and here's how she measured up!
head- 15 in (50th %)
length- 22.5 (50th %)
weight- 9 lbs 7.5 oz (25th %)
She's continuing her medicine for acid reflux and was noticed to be a "tactile baby" meaning, she likes to be held and touched :) She could use more tummy time to strengthen her neck muscles. (I'll admit, I hardly give her tummy time) Other than that, she's as healthy as can be. She loved seeing Amy, the nurse practitioner, and gave lots of smile when being talked to, which led Amy to mention, "I can tell she likes attention." Yes....yes she does and that is why I don't get much housework done during the day, but that's okay. It makes me know she loves her mommy :) Her appointment ended with one oral vaccine and three shots in her thighs, which is causing her to run a low temp today, but acting just fine.
