I have done some checking on the computer for pink overalls....believe it or not, I found just what she wants at a place called:
bigtallpants.com Go under "overalls" and you will see the most darling bright pink denim overalls for 26.99. You can order them online, up to 4T and girls sizes. Might be too expensive, but they are really cute. I looked several places, Carters made them but they were all re-called....Target is supposed to have them but I could not find them on thier site. AT least check out the ones on bigtallpants.com and then tell her Grandpa Nykerk that she needs them. Love the quote and picutres

ok, I found a pink overall dress at crazy8.com for 8.99 right now. It's part of the gymboree company, but cheaper than gymboree.
never mind, I just checked sizes and they only have through 18-24 months left..maybe they'll get more??
