Things that have made me smile in the last few days......
-Kelsey's random leg hugs saying, "ahh...mama"
-looking into the fridge and pantry and seeing that they're FULL!
-while looking at my wedding album with Macey, she saw a picture of my mom and said, "Grandma! Oh Grandma I love you" and laid her head on the page to hug her.
-Kelsey bringing me her Cabbage Patch doll saying, "wet!" I asked, "How did she get wet?" She then pointed to the toilet. I could only smile...
-since Kelsey is teething with molars, she loves to cuddle before bedtime so we lay together and she just stares at me quietly.
-Macey was trying on jeans in the dressing room at TjMaxx and she could hear music on the speaker so she became an instant dancing queen in the tiny room we were in, laughing as hard as can be watching herself in the mirror.
-watching Macey being "tough" at the football game, playing with the boys.
-watching Macey draw Max from Max and Ruby on the new art easel I got for $8 at a garage sale! I should have a taken a picture, it would make you smile too :)
-beautiful weather!
-the girls sleeping in until 8am!
Things that haven't necessarily made me smile.....
-thinking about Jason going back to work full-time on Tuesday.
-seeing and hearing Kelsey fuss in her sleep and during the day due to teething.
-Macey trying on super cute cheap jeans, but they were too short. of course.
-hearing Macey say, "whoops!" while feeding her goldfish, then seeing a pile of fish food on the counter and all over the floor.
-Kelsey LOVES ketchup so at Steak'n'Shake tonight she thought it would be funny to put a fully covered french fry on top of her head. She had nice red sticky hair for the rest of the shopping trip.
-after waiting 45 min for our not so well working oven to preheat, I end up burning the pizza.

Fun post. I enjoyed reading it. So did you end up finding jeans for Macey?
I found some similar to Annabelle's at Kohls, but it's still in my head the ones at TJMaxx were SO cute and fit her so well and were comfy soft but of course just a bit too short and they didn't have the next size.
fun post! I think the smiles definitely outweigh the frowns :)
