Easter Weekend

Easter weekend started with us heading toward Dorr, to make an Easter egg hunt at church. We watched a skit inside and then headed out to gather 20 eggs each. Talk about a LOT of eggs laying around! Then we went to Jason's parents' house to decorate eggs and for another egg hunt. Of course their grandma had cute Easter baskets for both girls too, thanks! :) The girls took their naps and we were off to my Aunt Jean's house for an egg hunt in her backyard. Her and my cousin Rachel hid candy, eggs, and presents for the girls. Thanks Aunt Jean and Rach, the girls had fun! Then off to Brenda and Keith's house for the rest of the night. Keith grilled us up some great burgers and Bren always makes us the best food. After baths, Mace went outside for yet another egg hunt. (an no she was NOT sick of them yet) We slept there since we were doing church in Holland the next day.
Easter Sunday morning we woke up bright and early so we could get ready for church by 8:15 for breakfast. It was well worth waking up early for!!! After church we went to my dad's house for dinner and another egg hunt. Dad went all out and hid more than just eggs, thanks dad! By 2:00pm the girls were ready for naps so we headed out. Kels fell asleep within 2 minutes of the ride and Mace was out within 5 minutes. It was a nice quiet 2 hour drive home. Hope everyone had a good Easter!!!

Kels had to give it a try.

She was all about this.

Great Gram and Art came for the fun too!

Checking out her books in the middle of the hunt.

Dad hid stuff everywhere!

oh my goodness, those dresses are too cute. Sounds like a busy weekend. What did Bumpa hide? Where did he hide things? Good for Bill.
Wish I had more pictures. They are so darn cute

Looks like fun!! It is so crazy how close in age Avery/Macey and Elise/Kelsey are. When are you planning the next one? We have to time it right, you know. ;-) Aunt Rach said Kelsey did great in church...that's amazing. Elise doesn't usually make it past the singing at ours anymore. Your grandpa was getting a kick out of Elise at Aunt Rachel's. I asked him if she reminded him of Kelsey and told him they were only a day apart. :)
