The girls and I got excited when we spotted a Gingerbread Barn at the Tractor Supply store so we bought it and came right home to start on it. It looked so cute on the box, with gummi horses, pigs, sheep, candy cane fences, etc. Well, ours didn't turn out quite as cute. I couldn't get the barn build. The pieces cracked, parts slid around and wouldn't stay put so the girls each got a few pieces and went to town on them. It actually worked out better since they each had their own to work on and I didn't have to worry about them breaking it. And it sure tasted just as good :)

Fun anyway ! I have a mold for a gingerbread house if you ever want to borrow it and try again next year.
Always something fun going on at the Burgess house! So great seeing all of you for Christmas - the girls were a delight, as usual....
