Kelsey turns EIGHT!

Kelsey is now an EIGHT year old!

She almost lucked out with a snow day like her sister, but she didn't mind since she wanted to wear her fancy dress to school.  Throughout the day we got freezing rain and it started to snow really hard.  Dance and the basketball game we were suppose to go to were cancelled so instead of a busy night we were able to just her free pizza from Five Star and had a movie night in (she picked the movie Minions from the library) with Heath sundaes!

What Kelsey loves:

Descendants movie
friends
being imaginative and creative
making crafts out of boxes, paper, tape, etc
ravioli
gymnastics
dancing and performing
her cousin Savannah
ice cream sundaes
taking videos and pictures
American girl dolls
leggings
playing with toys/dolls
dressing up

Macey turns 10!!!

Look who just turned 10!!!!!
Macey's birthday fell on a Thursday this year, and since they were calling for a good 6-8 inches of heavy wet snow, they called off school already Wednesday night.  She was thrilled to get a snow day!
We spent the day working on her "Wreck this Journal", which she received in the mail from Grammy the day before.  She made her own brownies and wanted Stove Top Stuffing for dinner.

Things that Macey loves:

her ripstick
Fun2Draw
chevron print
gray and turquoise
ham, bacon, chips, crackers, caramel, water
softball
Clue Me In
Hanging out with Mom :)
Hoodies
comfy pants
ponytails
paper, pens, binders, pencils, markers, folders

It's rare to see Macey dressed up, but this was the night before
 the Daddy Daughter Dance, definitely
looking like a 10 year old!

Daddy Daughter Dance 2016

This poor girl caught a horrible case of the stomach bug and had to
stay home this year.  It was heart-breaking since she was looking so forward to it.

This was Macey's fourth year going and only has two more years
left that she can go with her Dad.  She picked Applebee's for dinner.

Taylie still likes to dress up even though she can't go until
she's in first grade.  We had a fun night planned for her
and her friend Caitlin, but instead we had
our own little dance party at home.
