Taylie's 3rd Birthday Party

For Taylie's 3rd birthday, we had an ice cream themed party.

Thank you Bumpa for the new chalkboard!
Aunt Lisa had fun writing on it and taking pictures that day :)

We grilled hot dogs and brats from Nottawa...
(we picked Hawaiian, pepperjack, and philly cheesesteak this time)

She admires her Aunt Brenda...

Taylie showing off her toe ring to Uncle Chad.

All the "kids" ready for the pinata.

The whole family worked on this pinata for several days....

They each got enough candy that will last awhile :)

It was sunny and 86 that day....thank goodness for kiddie pools!

Enjoying waffle cones!

Hidden Ridge 2013

Having fun on the blow-ups...

She loves swimming with her daddy boy.

Bren and my dad came out for a day.

Kelsey entered the belly flop contest...the judges gave her 10..10..and an 8.

Dancing in the rain.

Look who else came to visit us one day :)  The kids were happy!

We spent one perfect day at Holland State Park.

Macey took this of us...one day before our 9 year anniversary!

I taught the girls how to make drip castles.....
I made many of these when I was little at this beach with my mom.

A lady sitting nearby begged to take a family picture of us so here we are :)

Using sister's legs as a seat to not get sandy.

She doesn't have many fears...

We told her she didn't have to nap on our last day of camping...and this happens...

4th of July 2013

Colon's 4th of July parade with friends...

Lots of candy was thrown and collected..

Some high school girls spotted "Mr. Burgess" while walking in
the parade and had to stop for a quick picture..

It's tradition to get the $1 cotton candy cones in town after the parade.

We then packed up and headed up north to Hidden Ridge for a week of camping.

All decked out for the parade of golf carts at the campground.

We finished off the 4th with smores and campfire.
